My step-mom Ruby B. Moriarty, passed away last February.Her will states that My step sister and I are to equally share her estate? my step-sisters husband, is the executor of her will. He had to file an inventory of her estate including bank account, etc. 6 months after her death with Guilford county probate. How do I get a copy of what he filed. He said he has misplaced it.
