Privacy: PublicRecords360 Opt-Out

The PublicRecords360 database includes information from public records and publicly and commercially available information.

As a courtesy, PublicRecords360 allows you to opt-out information related to you from the people search service. We will only process opt out requests received by online submission, or fax, and no request will be processed without complete information (i.e., name, address and date of birth).If you have any questions, please visit the Privacy Policy.

To remove your information from our database and reports (also known as "opting-out") please send us a request via the online form: Opt-Out. Opt-out requests must be submitted to us individually for a particular record. Bulk Opt-out requests will not be fulfilled. Your information will be removed from our database within 15 days.

You must send acceptable identification to to help verify your identity.

  • U.S. Passport
  • U.S. Military ID Card
  • State Identification Card
  • Employee Identification Card from a state Agency

If you are uncomfortable providing your state issued I.D., please provide a notarized statement of your identity. You may print an example of a Notarized Identification Verification Form.
