My name is Mario Medina. I am trying to obtain records indicating a sale of property which was owned by Marvin G. Sheppard or his son Timothy M. Sheppard. The property is located at 12262 N. Anway Road, Marana, Az. When Mr. Sheppard past away the property may have been willed to his son who then may have sold it. Zella Sheppard, the daughter, needs this information to show when it was sold. Ms. Sheppard's continued Social Security benefits, here in California, depend on this information. My email address is Ms. Sheppard would truly appreciate your help. Thank you.
