My great grandfather, Joseph Gray (JG) Blount of Gadsden lost a case decided in 1905 by the Supreme Count of AL where he was in a suit against my grandmother Lily Blount of New Orleans regarding a will Mr. JG Blount had made out to his son Joseph Augustus (JA) Blount. Mr JA Blount died before his father and Ms. Blount was to inherit his estate consisting of over 1,200 acres of land in or around Gadsden. The case is Blount versus Blount and I believe Ms. Lily Blount prevailed. I'm trying to find the law book with the write up that contains this decision. Can you help me and also tell me where I might find such a book and who might sell me a copy of that law book? Thanks for any help you can provide. My cell # is 615/310-2642 and my e-mail address is geoff_hicks@yahoo.com
